Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene strips and brand tags remain intact and attached to the garments.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
