What is your return policy for intimate apparel?
For hygiene reasons, we accept returns on bras and shapewear within 30 days, provided all original tags are attached and the items are unworn. Please note that panties and adhesive products cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
How should I care for my Triumph lingerie?
To maintain the elasticity and delicate lace of your garments, we highly recommend hand washing with a mild detergent. If using a machine, always use a mesh laundry bag on a delicate cycle and never tumble dry.
